No Mas, No More!

Megan Marshall // Fr. Roy // Kelli // Jimmy

We, Jimmy and Kelli, traveled to Georgia over the weekend to attend a peace vigil at the gates of Fort Benning which is home to the School of the Americas. Thousands of protesters gathered to bring awareness to the mass killings and torture that civilians and communities of faith in Central America have endured at the hands of graduates. Victims include Archbishop Oscar Romero and the six Jesuit martyrs.

We were also blessed to meet with Father Roy Bourgeois, the founder of the SOA Watch.

We stood in solidarity with our brothers and sisters, raising our crosses in memory, PRESENTE!
